Here’s how I’ll design your Europe escape, from start to finish:
1—Let’s Connect:
I want to get to know my clients well—including their likes and dislikes, their unique travel style, and their specific needs—so I can craft a finely tailored experience. That’s why I ask that you first fill out a short travel questionnaire, and then I’ll reach out to arrange your complimentary planning call.
2—Crafting Your Itinerary:
Next, I’ll research your best travel options, building a custom itinerary that brims with vibrancy. We’ll then work together to refine your itinerary—until it’s the perfect fit for you!
3—Booking It All:
Relax as I take care of all your reservations and arrangements. This may include:
● Flights
● Hotel rooms and/or cruise cabins
● Guided small-group tours
● Ground transportation
● Private tours and excursions
● Special ticket and dinner reservations

I’ll keep on top of all important dates and information for you as well, such as when your deposits are due and relevant cancellation policy “fine print.”
4— Wheels Up!:
You’ll receive all your organized travel documents and final itinerary, so you can depart with ease. You can also travel with confidence—if any hiccups arise, simply reach out to me so I can make them right. As your personal travel advisor, I’m here for you before, during, and after your escape!
Planning Fees
Hotel, Guided Tour, or Cruise Only — Complimentary booking services
From-Scratch Custom Itinerary — $200 Includes fully researched proposal, booking of hotels, transportation, trains, rental cars, guides, activities as well as personal recommendations.
International Air Ticketing Fee — $40/ticket
Last-Minute Planning Fee — $100 Applies to trips departing within 21 days
